As long as the disk surface of hard drive is Ok, then we can recover it, even partially.
2. The estimated recovery cost.
The recovery fee of 2TB is 310 USD for the successful case and you may need the additional backup device to store the recovered data.
For the failure case, you need to pay 50 USD if you want to receive it.

You can send it with any convenient courier service such as DHL, UPS, Fedex and so on.
