The communication was really friendly, and the recovery process was incredibly fast.

At first, I looked into other centers, and they quoted over 700,000 KRW for 1TB with a recovery time of about 5 days.

I decided to check if my Seagate warranty was still valid, and luckily, it was. Seagate referred me to DATACUBE, and within just two days, I received my recovered data on the HDD with no extra charges.

Before I even got the HDD, they sent me a preview of the recovered file directory, which was reassuring and made the whole process easier.

As the only Seagate-authorized service center in the country, everything was seamless and quick.

However, it suddenly encountered a recognition error.
