PRICING POLICY
Please read it through and comply with the followings.
Data Recovery and Backup device costs
- Data Recovery cost will be charged only when the data recovery is finished successfully.
- Please refer to the links below for the cost of recovery and backup devices – backup device is for storing the recovered data.

When data recovery went unsuccessful,
– There will be no further charges if the customer agreed to scrap the original drive(s) at DataCube.
– $50 will be charged to the customer as the return shipping process cost if the customer wanted to receive original drive(s) back.- Additional cost may be charged for special situations which may happen rarely, and DataCube will inform customers in advance for agreement when this occurred.
Backup device selection
- Without special request from customers, the backup device model will be selected base on the size of recovered data.
- Please do not send your own backup device to avoid probable transportation damages and inbound/outbound taxes.
Cancelation Charge
- There will be no cancelation charges before starting recovery works. However, the original device will be returned to customer by COD (Cash On Delivery) in this case.
- If it’s canceled after starting recovery works, 50% the recovery cost to be charged for cancelation and the original device will be returned by cash on delivery.
