This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which DataCube collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the DataCube data recovery website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by DataCube. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the websites of our data recovery service providers or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to our website. DataCube complies with the South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.

We may collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways when you visit our site, in relation to orders, filling out forms, and other activities, services, functions, or resources provided by our site. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our reseller service providers, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We are potentially liable in the case of onward transfers to third-party service providers.

Because of the international nature of our business, we may need to transfer your Personal Data within DataCube, and to third parties as noted above, in connection with the purposes set out in this Policy. For this reason, we may transfer your Personal Data to other countries that may have lower standards for data protection than the South Korea due to different laws and data protection compliance requirements to those that apply in the country in which you are located.
How To Access And Control Your Personal Data
You have choices about how to manage your personal data and what types of communications you receive from us. If you contact us, we will endeavor to respond to your inquiry within 30 days. Please note that we may have a legal obligation to preserve certain data.

How We Protect Your Information

Data Retention
In principle, if there is no reasonable request, it should be discarded after 6 weeks of storage after sending the backup device.
In the event any relevant legal claims are brought, we may keep your Personal Data for such additional periods as are necessary in connection with that claim.

DataCube has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
