You can contact us via email or our website for your data recovery request, and we will inform you about the estimated price and time required for media recovery based on estimated symptoms.
Case Submission
Please submit the data recovery request form on the website after filling in information such as the model, symptoms, desired recovery data, and desired acquisition date. You should pay a $50 application fee to complete submission, and it is non-refundable. Please pack your device with a buffer and ship it to DataCube.
Diagnosis
The product condition is diagnosed as soon as it's arrived. Diagnosis result and the data recovery cost are shared with you via email, and then the recovery process is carried out.
Recovery
According to the type of damage, logical or physical recovery procedures are carried out.
Result Verification
After data recovery is completed, we will send you a list of recovered files. Please be sure to check the list and give feedback with the verification result. Data recovery process is completed when customer's verification is finished.
Payment
Please pay the recovery fee according to payment instruction
Data Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the recovered data is stored on the designated backup device and sent to the customer.
Pricing Policies
- To submit your recovery case, you should pay a $50 application fee in advance, and this application fee is non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the device to DataCube, and DataCube is responsible for the shipping costs after restoration. (if restoration is cancelled per customer's will, return by cash on delivery)
- The cost of a backup drive to store the recovered data is billed additionally. If there is no special request from the customer, the product capacity will be selected according to the recovered capacity.
- If the data recovery is cancelled after it's started due to the customer's remorse, a 50$ utility fee will be charged and the shipping fee to be paid by cash on delivery.
